PROJECT OVERVIEW
I was tasked with refreshing an outdated brochure for California School of English, bringing new life to the piece while aligning it with the organization’s current values, visual direction, and messaging. The brochure educates sports program leaders, potential host families, and investors about the opportunity to support international students training in the U.S. while creating unforgettable experiences.
THE CHALLENGE
The existing brochure presented two primary challenges: its physical format and information density. The half-fold letter size was inconvenient for travel, and the interior pages felt overwhelming due to an abundance of tightly packed content.
THE APPROACH
The information was condensed into clear, engaging key points and paired with program photography to improve readability and maintain interest. The layout was restructured into a letter-size tri-fold, allowing the content to flow more naturally and feel less crowdeD.
THE RESULT
Through updated photography, improved hierarchy, and a refined layout, the brochure was transformed into a modern, concise, and approachable marketing piece. As part of this process, I also refreshed the California School of English logo and delivered a full set of brand-ready files, enabling consistent use across future materials.
